Hall's Rustic Roots started with a simple belief: bake the way your grandma baked. Real ingredients. Small batches. No shortcuts. Every loaf that leaves our kitchen on NE 80th Ave is handmade, slow-fermented, and baked with the kind of care you only get from a family operation.

We open our farmstand every Saturday morning right here in High Springs. When we sell out, we're done for the week — and that's exactly how it should be. Fresh, limited, and worth getting up early for.

How to Get Your Bread

Pre-Order Online

Visit our Hotplate page and pick your loaves. Orders close Thursday at midnight — this lets us bake exactly what's needed and nothing more.

Pick Up Saturday

Come by the farmstand at 4049 NE 80th Ave, High Springs starting at 8 AM Saturday. Pre-orders are set aside for you — walk-ins welcome while supplies last.

Enjoy Fresh Bread
